Royal Mail First Class 'Signed for' £2.95. FREE*   on orders £25.00 and over (Not applicable on orders of sale/discounted items or on International Orders). NOT a guaranteed service. 1-5 working days, may take longer at busy periods. No insurance.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Working Day £6.00. FREE* on orders £75.00 and over (Not applicable on orders for sale/reduced items or on International orders). Orders placed before 4.00pm Monday-Thursday delivered next day before 1.00pm. Orders placed on Friday are only guaranteed to be delivered before 1.00pm on Monday although depending on Royal Mail services in your areamay actually be delivered on Saturday but this is not guaranteed.

Orders £25.00 and over are posted FREE* of charge using Royal Mail 1st Class 'Signed For' service (Not applicable on orders for sale/reduced items or on International Orders).

Orders under £25.00 and orders for sale goods are charged at £2.95 and are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class 'Signed For' service unless an alternative is selected at the checkout. This service is not guaranteed and although normally very efficient, (1-5 working days), occasionally parcels can take longer to arrive. This service does not carry insurance and does not have a tracking facility. A signature is required.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day service is available at checkout for £6.00, (FREE* on orders of £10.00 and over on non-sale items on UK orders only). This service offers insurance and offers a tracking facility. *This service is recommended if you require your goods urgently.*

International 'Signed For' Service to Europe is available for £7.50 (FREE on orders of £65.00 and over (Not applicable on orders for sale/reduced items). Rest of World prices for standard size packages, under 500g, are £12.00 All deliveries require a signature.

A Guaranteed Saturday Delivery option is available at the checkout.

The following applies to any items that were purchased as part of a sale, special offer or displayed with a discounted price. Please note, there is no free delivery option available on these items unless purchased with a non sale item :

Royal Mail International Signed for EU (Non UK): all orders £7.50

PACKAGING

All items will be despatched wrapped in the appropriately branded packaging, subject to availability, or a suitable alternative will be supplied.

Orders over £60.00 will be despatched with a complimentary box (one per order).

Orders under £60.00 will be despatched with an organza bag, all packaging is subject to availability. Unless otherwise requested, beads/charms will be wrapped together and any bracelets ordered with beads/charms will be compiled and wrapped and boxed together.

A full Gift Wrap service is available for £3.50.
