HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Ordering on-line couldn't be easier, just add items using the button and proceed to the checkout when you have finished. As you add items to your basket small icons of what you have selected will appear in the lower right hand corner of your screen to enable you to keep track of your purchases. As we run a 'Live' stock any items that you can place in your basket are available for immediate dispatch.

SECURITY

Credit card sales will be processed using Sagepay Secure Payment Gateway. Your details will not be passed on to any third parties.

DELIVERY

In stock items are normally dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed before 4pm will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 4pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday (excludes Bank Holidays). In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any delay and dispatch the items as soon as possible.

Beadazzle operates a prompt and reliable no quibble returns policy. As long as the item you are returning is unworn you can return it for exchange or refund.

If the size isn't right or the colour/style not as expected, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase.

Sale items must be returned within 7 Days of receipt.

Feel free to try bracelets and rings on for a few minutes to see if they fit.... but please don't wear them as they can be easily scratched.

We offer a first exchange free of charge, further exchanges will incur postage costs.

Please note: Postage charges will apply to ALL exchanges on International orders and goods purchased in the Sale or on Special Offer.

At Christmas and other busy periods this will be extended to allow for buying gifts in advance.

How to return an item

It is our aim to make exchanges and refunds as easy as possible.

Simply print off the returns form complete the relevant information, place the item you are returning, with the completed form, into a padded envelope, affix the returns address label and correct postage (you may wish to re-use the envelope your goods arrived in).

Send it to us using Royal Mail 'Signed For' service, for items of higher value we would recommend Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' service which offers full tracking and insurance. Costs of returning goods to Beadazzle Boutique are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept responsibility for returned goods until they have been received by us.

All returns require Proof of Purchase; your order number can be found on your invoice/delivery note/confirmation email.

We endeavor to handle exchanges and refunds within 24hrs of receipt, although at busy periods such as Christmas we may need slightly longer.

All exchanges are dispatched using Royal Mail standard 48hr Tracked service. Should your exchange be of an urgent nature or high value, Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' service can be purchased. Please call to arrange payment: 0208 632 0246.

In some instances it is quicker and easier to place a new order for the correct item and return the original item for refund.

When returning bracelets for exchange please remove any clips, safety chains and charms that you wish to keep and retain the box, it is yours and will only increase your postage costs.

Goods returned for refund or exchange must be unworn and in re-saleable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on goods received in poor or un-saleable condition (excludes faulty goods).

Due to hygiene, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any earrings (not applicable to earring pendants). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift Wrap and optional premium postage services are non-refundable.

All exchange bracelets are dispatched without a box. Any boxes received as part of an exchange may not be returned.

You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange /refund has been completed.

DELIVERY

Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders received after 4pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

A 'Guaranteed Saturday Delivery' option as available at the checkout.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

FREE First Class Post (Door Drop) on orders up to £35.00, unless an alternative is selected at the checkout. Goods dispatched via a Door Drop service will be supplied with an Organza Bag or Gift Packet (branded, where available) not a box. If you add Gift Wrap to your order your goods will be dispatched via Royal Mail's 48hr Tracked service.

FREE First Class 'Signed For' Service on Orders £35.00 and over. This Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service which is usually very efficient; however it may take longer at buy times of the year.

FREE 24 hr Tracked Delivery on Orders of £75.00. This service offers tracking, requires a signature and carries insurance.

FREE Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm Service on orders £125.00 and over. This service offers tracking, requires a signature and carries insurance.

SATURDAY GUARANTEED Royal Mail Service is available for £10.00. Orders placed Saturday -Thursday will be held and dispatched on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Orders must be received no later than 4pm on Friday. Any orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until the following week.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service is available: Europe £9.00 Rest of World £12.00. This service requires a signature and is usually very efficient however it may take 5-10 days or longer depending on the service in the destination country.

If your order is under £75.00 and would like your goods in a hurry, you have a choice of Royal Mail's Tracked 24Hr service at £4.95 which aims to be delivered the following day though not guaranteed, for £4.95 OR  'Special Delivery' (Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day) Service is available to purchase at checkout for £7.50 (this is FREE on orders over £125.00). This service carries insurance and offers a tracking facility.

Items which are in stock are dispatched the same working day (on orders placed before 4.00pm Monday to Friday). Orders received after 4.00pm will be dispatched the following working day and orders placed after 4.00pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Any delays or losses incurred by the postal service will be dealt with after 15 working days. All claims must be made within 28 working days of the dispatch date.

Delays caused by Adverse Weather Conditions or Strike Action are often unavoidable and Beadazzle cannot be held responsible.

Packaging

All items will be packed in their branded packaging (subject to availability, or a suitable alternative will be supplied).

Orders over £60.00 will be dispatched with a complimentary box (one per order), EXCLUDES SALE items.

Orders under £60.00 will be dispatched with an organza bag, all packaging is subject to availability, unless otherwise requested orders where several charms are ordered, the charms will be wrapped together. Where a bracelet is ordered with charms, the charms will be put onto the bracelet and wrapped and boxed together. SALE items will not be boxed.

Boxes can be purchased for £1.50 at checkout. We aim to supply the appropriate Branded Packaging

Full Gift Wrap £3.50 can be purchased at checkout. Gift Message service available FREE of charge on all orders.

HOW DO I CARE FOR AND CLEAN MY JEWELLERY?

Care instructions

Silver and Gold and Gold/Rose/Rhodium Plating

Remove whilst showering or bathing........Polish with a soft cloth. Avoid contact with fragrance, lotions, suncream and household cleaning products

If you would like a more polished look, you can clean your jewellery with a specially treated silver polishing cloth.

Important: The use of chemical agents ( eg: Silver Dip) is a drastic way to clean your jewellery. We recommend that you avoid using any such agents. They are especially harmful to dark silver jewellery with an oxidized (darker) finish. Also avoid wearing your jewellery in mineral baths or hot tubs as this may affect the finish.

Please note that plated items may wear or lose their lustre over time, caring for your jewellery will prolong it's life and lustre. This is considered normal wear and tear and not a fault.

Leather and Fabric items
Leather is a natural material and general wear or cleaning may cause shrinkage, stretching or colour variations.
To preserve the quality of your jewellery please do not wash with household cleaning products and allow to dry naturally should it come in contact with water.

Magnetic Clasps

Items with magnetic clasps should not come in contact with water as this can cause the magnet to corode.

IF YOUR BRACELET/BEAD HAS DEVELOPED A FAULT

Please contact us for advice regarding our returns procedure.

Broken chain/stuck charm

If a charm has become stuck, the fault can either lie with the charm or the bracelet. In this instance please contact us for advice. Please do not try to repair the jewellery yourself.

Do not attempt to force the charms off or cut the chain.

If the chain has been cut or has broken as a result of being twisted, the jewellery will not covered by the warranty. If it is deemed that the piece of jewellery is defective, it will be covered by the warranty and the item will be repaired or exchanged.

The warranty does not cover defects which arise as a result of the customer using non-genuine charms on  bracelets. In such cases, the bracelet will be returned to you the customer.

Please note that plated items may wear or lose their lustre over time, caring for your jewellery will prolong it's life and lustre. This is considered normal wear and tear and not a fault.

OXIDATION

Oxidation fades with time. How quickly the oxidation fades depends on how the jewellery is treated. Things which can cause the oxidation to fade include: perspiration; chlorine; perfumes; cleaning agents and silver polish. Oxidation that fades is considered normal wear and tear and is not a defect.

DO YOU HAVE RETAIL OUTLETS?

We are on-line retailers. You can arrange to collect your order from our main reception but we do not have a showroom for you to visit.

WHAT IS GOLD DIPPED?

Gold Dipped is a process which begins with a sterling silver base metal, a very thin nickel layer, and the beautiful word or charm is then dipped in 18kt gold. The nickel helps silver and gold bond and become friends, it also helps prevent the gold from wearing off and calling it quits. Over time, Gold Dipped jewelry can potentially wear.

WHAT IS ROSE GOLD?

Rose Gold is an alloy of pure yellow gold with a high percentage of copper, giving it a rose or pink hue. It has a very subtle and delicate color that may intensify somewhat with age due to a slight, but attractive, tarnishing of the copper.
